The Attestation Procedure in Pakistan:
01. VERIFICATION FROM BOARD
Verify your matriculation and Intermediate ( FA or FSC )certificates from your Board intermediate and higher education in Pakistan
02. ATTESTYOURDOCUMENTS FROM IBCC
After verification from your Board, then attest your certificates/ documents from Inter Board Coordination Commission of Pakistan
03. ATTESTATION FROM FOREIGN OFFICEPAKISTAN
Thirdly, attest your documents from the foreign office of Pakistan.
04. ATTESTATION FROM THE AFGHAN EMBASSY OR CONSULATE
Finally, attest your documents to the Afghan Embassy in Islamabad or the consulate in your city.
The Attestation Procedure in Afghanistan:
05. ATTESTATION FROM MINISTRY OF FORIEGN OFFIARS
After attestation in Pakistan, attest your documents from the foreign office of Afghanistan.
06. ATTEST YOUR DOCUMENTS FROM EDUCATION MINISTRY
Finally, attest your documents from the education ministry/ Wazarat-e-Maruf of Afghanistan.
Important NOTE
- Attest your documents from the offices in the same city. For example, if you attest your documents from HEC Peshawar then follow all the procedures in Peshawar.
- Submit all your documents (Metric + FSC + Bachelor + Master + Ph.D.) to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan at once.
- Then attest your Matric and FSC documents from the Education Ministry of Afghanistan.
- Then submit all your documents to HEC together in Afghanistan.
