If you are an Afghan student and graduated with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree, then follow this procedure to attest your documents in Pakistan and Afghanistan.
The Attestation Procedure in Pakistan:
01. VERIFICATION FROM UNIVERSITY
First of all, verify your documents from your university
02. ATTESTATION FROM HEC PAKISTAN
Secondly, attest your documents from the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. HEC also provides e-services.
03. ATTESTATION FROM FORIGN OFFICE PAKISTAN
Thirdly, attest your documents from the foreign office of Pakistan.
- Make sure to go on time to the Foreign Office as it opens at 8:00 AM. But They don’t issue any tokens after 12:00 PM.
04. ATTESTATION FROM THE AFGHAN EMBASSY OR CONSULATE
Finally, attest your documents from the Afghan Embassy in Islamabad or the consulate in your city.
- Make sure to NOT visit the embassy or consulate on the same day. because the Foreign Office of Pakistan provides the records the next day.
- The Afghan embassy or consulate will charge 5$ for a sticker.
- Ask them when will they email your documents to the foreign office of Afghanistan.
The Attestation Procedure in Afghanistan:
05. ATTESTATION FROM MINISTRY OF FORIGN AFFIARS
After attesting your documents from the Afghan embassy or consulate in Pakistan, then attest your documents from the foreign office of Afghanistan.
06. ATTEST YOUR DOCUMENTS FROM THE HEC OF AFGHANISTAN
Finally, attest your documents from the Higher Education Commission of Afghanistan.
Important NOTE
Attest your documents from the offices in the same city. For example, if you attest your documents from HEC Peshawar then follow all the procedures in Peshawar.
